Founder & CEO About Amir Ahobim

Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Amir Ahobim is a real estate broker with over 10 years of experience throughout Los Angeles. With a background in both residential and commercial real estate, Amir brings a strategic yet highly personal approach to every transaction.

Known for his direct, hands-on style, Amir built his business on the belief that strong client relationships are rooted in honesty, transparency, and trust. He understands that every deal is shaped by a mix of financial, emotional, and strategic factors, and approaches each client with thoughtful guidance and disciplined execution.

Before founding Clear Cut Realty, Amir worked at Douglas Elliman in Beverly Hills and previously in commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap in Downtown Los Angeles. Prior to real estate, his background in hospitality led him to launch and manage businesses including Salon 90210, a collection of luxury cosmetology suites, and Canon Club, an American seafood restaurant in Beverly Hills.

Outside of real estate, you can usually find Amir at then Beverly Hills Farmers' Market on Sunday mornings, spending time with family, or staying connected to the community he has called home his entire life.
